Farrington Highway
Farrington Highway was named after territorial governor and newspaper publisher Wallace Rider Farrington. This route covers the western section of Oahu, branching off from the Kamehameha Highway. It begins north of Pearl Harbor and ends south of Haleiwa.

Kamehameha Highway
Oahu's Kamehameha Highway is one of the two long surface routes that loop around different parts of the island. This was one of the islands main routes before the Interstates were completed. Named after Hawaii's first monarch King Kamehameha I, this highway begins near Kailua and proceeds along the island into downtown Honolulu.
